The cover test reveals a skew deviation, in this case the left eye is above the right eye, the best test for this is the alternating cover test (30 seconds). Convergence is normal (40 seconds). Smooth pursuit (45 seconds) to the right and to the left is also normal horizontally and vertically (55 seconds). Gaze-evoked nystagmus upwardly (1 minute) and slightly downward (1 minute 20 seconds). Saccades, horizontal (1 minute 35 seconds) normal, vertical (1 minute 50 seconds) also normal.
